Service Return Information
To ensure your baby gear has adequate time to dry and be thoroughly inspected, all car seats and strollers received for cleaning will be returned the following day by 7:00 AM.

We understand that every family's schedule is different. If a return time before 7:00 AM does not work for you, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to arrange a more convenient delivery time.

Cleaning Process
At Alpine Baby Gear Cleaning LLC, we carefully clean each car seat and base using child-safe, organic cleaning products while following manufacturer guidelines
Step 1: Initial Inspection
We begin by inspecting for stains, damage, wear, missing parts, and any areas requiring special attention.
Step 2: Disassembly
Removable components, including seat covers, harness pads, cup holders, and other manufacturer-approved parts, are carefully removed for detailed cleaning.
Step 3: Debris Removal
All crumbs, dirt, pet hair, and debris are thoroughly vacuumed from the seat, harness area, crevices, and base.
Step 4: Deep Cleaning
Fabric covers, padding, plastic components, and the base are cleaned using child-safe, organic products designed to remove dirt, stains, and odors while being gentle on materials.
Step 5: Sanitizing
High-touch surfaces and non-porous components are sanitized to help reduce germs and bacteria.
Step 6: Spot Treatment
Any visible stains receive additional treatment when appropriate. While we strive for the best results possible, complete stain removal cannot be guaranteed.
Step 7: Drying Process
All components are thoroughly air-dried to help prevent moisture buildup and ensure the seat is ready for safe reassembly.
Step 8: Reassembly
Once fully dry, all manufacturer-approved components are carefully reassembled according to the car seat's design.
Step 9: Final Quality Check
A final inspection is completed to ensure everything is clean, properly reassembled, and ready to be returned to your family.
